We want your first visit here at MMDA to be stress free, educational and thorough. At this appointment we gather data by reviewing your medical history, examining all aspects of your mouth, assessing your gingival and bone health, taking the appropriate x-rays, and discussing your dental history as well as the current concerns you may have. Depending on the status of your mouth there is the potential to have a cleaning completed if time allows, but our top priority is to discuss your concerns as well as what are your goals for your dental health and treatment moving forward. 

If additional appointments are needed for consultations and treatment they will be made accordingly. 

At this appointment we will be reviewing your medical history. To make this process easy and efficient please bring a complete list of current medications and have dental insurance information ready and available.
